Our expertise and experience centres on an operating temperature range of -40°C to +350°C with both standard and bespoke solutions.
Tricool Thermal offers a comprehensive range of in-house services specifically for custom build manufacturing including full 3D CAD design facilities, on site manufacturing and thorough testing.
Range of Temperature Control Products and services
Within our standard range we can offer process and water cooled chillers from 5kW to
240kW giving capacity control 100% to 10% and substantial energy reductions. Our standard range of chillers offer the latest energy efficient systems including R410a refrigerant and free cooling options.
In addition to these we offer a wide standard range of heating units and temperature controllers:
• Water heaters (3-96kW) offering temperatures up to 95°C and suitable for food production processes, chemical and pharmaceutical, including jacketed vessels.
• Oil heaters (3-96kW) offering temperatures up to 350°C and suitable for extrusion and die casting.
• Pressurised water heaters (3-96kW) offering temperatures up to 160°C and suitable for injection moulding.
• Dual heating and cooling units to help control variable temperature production.
Bespoke Capabilities
Alongside our standard range we have developed a wide range of bespoke capabilities manufacturing to all atex zones for both chillers and temperature controllers, catering to very low temperatures -40°C.
Tricool Thermal can manufacture a bespoke unit to cater to site constraints and building restrictions manufacturing to meet exact footprints to adhere to planning permission, working to any voltage and exotic materials such as titanium, maintaining close tolerances with close control manufacturing and dual heat cool units.
Furthermore as manufacturing is carried out here in the UK a combination of bespoke elements can be adhered to.
Previous projects have included units for: Injection Moulding, Extrusion, Plastics or Rubber Cables, Thermoforming, Calendar Rolls or Jacket Mixers, Jacketed Vessel heating and cooling, Platten heating and cooling, Printing machinery, Laminating machinery, Extruder heads, Die Casting and many more.
