New C7 Controllers
 Units are available with C7 basic and C7 advanced controllers to manage process temperatures and ensure maximum productivity with no downtime. The C7 basic controller is featured on our range of ‘e’ units; all other units are available with the C7 advanced controller. The C7 advanced controller has been developed for our tool heaters and thermoregulators to provide innovative technological temperature analysis. Design development has been re-evaluated in order to provide the users with a more advanced system which is easy to navigate and can analyse processes in great detail; ensuring every aspect of the temperature and control is working to maximum productivity.
Bespoke Capabilities
Tricool Thermal understands the importance of maintaining a sterile environment for food production and the impact of contamination on such processes. To support these additional concerns Tricool Thermal have spent much time and resources researching techniques to provide precisely engineered solutions when the standard range is not suitable.
Such research has led to units manufactured with exact temperature control to maintain processes optimum performance. Other special build units include equipment with highly sensitive temperature control systems suitable for maintaining temperatures, past applications requiring this technology include soup manufacturers and the confectionary industry.
Tool heaters and thermoregulators can also be manufactured to suit all environments, very low temperatures, and units suitable for high ambient conditions.
