The S2 range consists of 14 fully packaged chillers from 2kW to 180kW. The range has been designed for industrial applications with both reliability and performance in mind.

The units come as standard with the following features:

TEC Range 50-500kW

The TEC range of air cooled chillers are factory wired, run and function tested prior to despatch. All units are weatherproofed and suitable for external location.

All units are constructed from heavy gauge welded steel, after construction all surfaces are shot blasted, primed and painted.

The components used are all high grade. Scroll, screw or semi hernetic compressors are used as appropriate. There is a horizontally mounted air cooled condenser manufactured from seamless copper tubes bonded to alumimium fins. Units have fully insulated dual circuit or twin evaporators or shell and tube, or stainless plate design are fitted as standard.

Oil Coolers

Tricool Thermals range of oil coolers have been specifically designed to meet a wide range of cooling applications within the machine tool and process industries.

The units are all constructed from heavy gauge, folded and welded steel and finished to a very high standard. With electronic high temperature alarm these units feature high efficiency purpose built heat transfer coil bank to suit individual tank designs.

Tricool Thermal have a range of direct and indirect oil cooling systems. The direct range includes:

• Immersed coil types for cutting fluids
• Closed circuit medium viscosity oils using compact heat exchangers for 46 centistokes
• Closed circuit heavy oil cooling up to 100 centistokes using shell and tube or co-axil heat exchangers

All the above can be fitted with pumps, expansion vessels and tanks

Digital Compressors

Digital Scroll compressors are now available as options within our standard range of chillers. The range will incorporate the unique Copeland Digital Scroll Compressor. This innovative seamless technology allows loaded/unloaded modulating capacity, efficient energy savings can be achieved through the entire lead rangefrom 10% to 100%, unlike the convential scroll compressor.
